Bluente gains their first Customer from ChatGPT in 72 Hours

Bluente is an AI-powered translation platform for legal, financial, and corporate teams. It delivers certified translations and keeps complex document formats intact so professionals can use them straight away.

When the team approached us, their core products - certified translation, AI translation, and a translation API were solid, but barely visible in search. They wanted lawyers, bankers, and corporate teams to find them the moment they needed a trusted translation service.

We set a simple goal: prove that search and AI discovery could bring qualified leads.

Did we win? Hell yeah. The impact showed up almost immediately. Within the first week their new pages began appearing in Google results and even surfaced in ChatGPT answers. A qualified lead landed on day three.

Setting the stage

Before any code changes or keyword lists, we sat down with Bluente’s founder for a extensive strategy call. We talked through the product, the market, and the company’s goals. Together, we developed a plan where everyone could support.

Of the three products, we chose certified translation as the first experiment. The idea was simple: this is a high-demand, easy-to-measure service, with competitors of different size and structure. It has the potential to score some early wins in the short term while also being a reliable growth lever for Bluente.

Our kickoff meeting

By the time the official kickoff call rolled around, we had already plowed through tens of competitors, hundreds of industry articles, and tens of thousands of keywords.

On our first strategy session, we had a clear-as-day, data-backed plan tailored to their goals. That preparation meant we could act immediately. We began publishing content the very next day and have our first bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) page live within a week.

We started with testing 5 to 6 pages to fine-tune the language and positioning. When those performed well, we scaled to 20, ran them live with further SEO optimizations, and then cranked the lever up.

Each round brought strong signals from Google, reinforcing our belief that the pages were high-quality and built to ranked.

Testing at the edges

Our approach is built on structured experimentation.

Rather than guess which topics might rank, we launch a small batch of pages across a wide mix of angles. Some deliberately unexpected to see how search responds.

This method lets us move fast while staying data-driven. We start small, learn quickly, and double down when the metrics show it’s working.

From launch to leads

The impact was almost immediate. Within a day of publishing the new landing pages, Bluente was already ranking on Google.

By day 3, they started appearing in ChatGPT recommendations alongside other established providers, and those mentions quickly turned into enquiries.

Beyond rankings

This work wasn’t only about showing up on Google.

Each page was written to appeal to people and to be easy for search engines to index. Clear calls to action, fast load times, and tidy layouts guided visitors from first click to enquiry.

Alongside the content, we shared practical advice on site structure and forms so that every new visitor had a smooth path to becoming a lead.

The result is a system that keeps working long after the first pages went live. With a solid base for both traffic and conversions, Bluente can now scale content without starting from scratch each time.

What’s next

Month one showed clear traction. Certified-translation pages climbed the rankings and enquiries arrived quickly.

Next we build on that momentum. We will scale the top-performing pages, explore new service angles such as a translation-API pillar, and refining forms so every visitor can move from interest to enquiry without friction.
